Terms of service

By using RafflePage (rafflepage.com) you agree to these terms.

Who we are

RafflePage is operated by Alojando, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, registered at 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, USA.

What RafflePage is

A tool to publish raffles: a page with the numbers, the prizes and the cause, a dashboard to record sales, and tools to share the raffle and run the draw. RafflePage does not sell the numbers, does not collect or hold the raffle money and does not deliver the prizes.

The organizer's responsibility

  • Each raffle is the responsibility of its organizer: what they publish, collecting payment for the numbers, the draw and delivering the prizes.
  • Raffles are regulated in many countries, states and cities. In many places they need a license or permit, or can only be run by registered charities and nonprofits. The organizer is responsible for following the laws that apply to their raffle, including any license or permit required where they run it.
  • Misleading raffles, prizes that don't exist and illegal or offensive content are not allowed. We may take down raffles that break these rules.

The service

  • Publishing a raffle has a one-time fee: a percentage of what it would raise if all its numbers were sold (number of tickets times the price of each), with a minimum. The amount is shown before you pay.
  • If a published raffle gets bigger (more numbers or a higher price), you pay the difference up to the fee for the new total. Making it smaller does not generate refunds.
  • RafflePage charges no fees on the numbers you actually sell: that money goes straight to the organizer.
  • The online draw picks at random among the numbers recorded as sold and leaves a verifiable record. Live draws are entered by the organizer.
  • We do our best to keep the service running at all times, but it may have interruptions.

Refunds

  • If you were charged twice, or if you paid and the raffle was never published, we refund the full fee. Write to us at tusorteo.app@gmail.com with the name of the raffle.
  • Once the raffle is published, the fee is not refundable, even if the raffle is later cancelled, made smaller or sells no numbers.
  • Refunds go back to the same payment method you used and take as long as that method needs to process them.
