Privacy policy

RafflePage (rafflepage.com) is a platform to set up and publish raffles. This policy explains what data we keep, why, and what you can do about it.

What data we keep

• From raffle organizers: the name and email of the account (or the ones Google shares if you sign in with Google), and what they add to their raffles: texts, photos, prizes, WhatsApp contact number and sellers.
• From people who buy numbers: first name, last name and phone number, entered by the organizer or their sellers to keep track of sales.
• Technical data: what is needed to keep you signed in and the site running (session cookies, IP address and browser).
• Visit statistics: which pages are viewed, which site visitors come from, the type of device and the approximate location (country, region, city). We don't use cookies for this and we don't store IP addresses: each visit is counted with an anonymous code that changes every day, so it can't be used to identify or follow anyone.

What we use it for

• So organizers can manage their raffle and contact buyers and winners.
• To send you the link to sign in to your account.
• We don't sell data or use it for advertising.

What is public

Each raffle page shows which numbers are sold, never who bought them. For each winner, only the first name and last initial are published.

Who we share it with

We use providers to host the site, the database and the photos, to send emails and to process the service fee (Stripe). Card details are entered on Stripe and never reach us. They process data only to provide that service to us. Buyers' data is seen only by the raffle organizer (and each seller sees the data of their own sales).

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by writing to tusorteo.app@gmail.com. If you bought a number, you can also ask the raffle organizer directly. Depending on where you live (for example, in the European Union or the United Kingdom), you may have additional rights under local data protection law. RafflePage is operated by Alojando, LLC (Delaware, USA), which is responsible for this data.
